We make the day effortless. Here’s the simple flow.

We arrive and set up
Setup takes about 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on your adventure. Signature is quick — we unload and drive the train to the route. Premier includes our full station setup.

Your uniformed conductor welcomes riders, plays family-friendly music, and shares fun jokes and stories along the way.

Smooth, safe rides all event long
Each ride lasts about 4–6 minutes, and we can carry roughly 100–200 riders per hour depending on your layout.

Breakdown takes about 30–60 minutes, and we leave your space just as we found it.
Before your event, our team pre-plans your train path using satellite imagery of your venue to keep everything smooth and safe.
