About the ride

Is there an age limit?

Our train is fun for all ages! For safety, minors must be accompanied by an adult.

How many passengers can ride?

Each car holds 4–6 passengers, with a weight capacity of about 600 lbs per car. We can move roughly 100–200 riders per hour, depending on your event.

How long is a typical ride?

Rides usually last 4–6 minutes, depending on your event layout. We can customize ride length to match your crowd size and flow, and we pre-plan the route using satellite imagery of your venue for a smooth, safe experience.

Is there music or narration during the ride?

Absolutely! We play family-friendly music and share fun jokes and stories to keep riders smiling the whole way.

Do your staff wear costumes or uniforms?

Yes! Our conductor wears a sharp branded uniform — typically denim overalls, a conductor’s hat, a red bandanna, and a white shirt. Seasonal upgrades and festive attire are available on request.

Who operates the train?

A professional conductor from our team operates the train throughout your event. All staff are trained, background-checked, and experienced in event safety.

Your venue and setup

What kind of space do you need?

The train runs best on flat, hard surfaces like parking lots, pavement, or gravel. We recommend a route with at least 150 feet of clear space and 6-foot-wide paths.

What surfaces can the train drive on?

The train handles asphalt, cement, astroturf, dirt roads, and most hard ground surfaces. Soft grass is more difficult — we can cross short distances, but it may cause delays. Please note: a $150 cleaning fee applies for dirty, dusty, or muddy paths, since the train must be detailed afterward to keep it in top shape.

Can the train run indoors or at night?

Yes! Our electric train is perfect for indoor and outdoor events. It’s equipped with lights, so it runs safely day or night. For indoor events, we need at least 8 feet of width and 8 feet of ceiling clearance.

Do you need access to power or water?

No hookups are required for standard events. For events lasting more than 8 hours, we’ll need access to a standard 110v outlet to recharge the train.

Booking, safety and weather

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the greater Kansas City metro on both the Kansas and Missouri sides. We’re happy to travel outside this area for an additional travel fee. Just ask if you are not sure whether we reach you.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance and can provide proof upon request. For a small fee, we can add your event as additionally insured on our policy.

Do you require contracts or waivers?

No individual waivers are needed. We’ll send a simple event agreement upon booking to confirm your details and logistics.

What happens if it rains?

We can operate in light rain, but for safety we don’t run in severe weather (lightning, high winds, or flooding). We offer flexible rescheduling and booking insurance for weather-related issues.
